Start with the task the app must complete
We map the people using the product, their main actions and the information each role needs. This defines the architecture before screen counts drive the budget.
Make a prototype useful to review
Clickable journeys reveal questions that a static mockup misses: what happens when a slot is unavailable, an action succeeds or someone returns to a saved visit? ClinicOS Pro lets visitors explore a patient experience and clinic workspace with fictional records stored in their own browser. The prototype helps agree the workflow before production integration.
Plan mobile delivery and ownership
The proposal identifies platforms, languages, notifications, integrations and the accounts needed for launch. Native device builds, store submission and operating a production backend are scoped separately from the browser demo. We review touch targets, reading order and states on smaller screens, then document access and the handover.
