Planning a Mobile App in Lebanon: Start with the Workflow

An app earns its place when it helps someone complete a repeat task. Before choosing screens or technology, describe the user, the situation and the result. A clinic patient preparing a visit has different needs from a receptionist managing arrivals or a manager checking invoices. ClinicOS Pro illustrates these three connected perspectives in an interactive product demo.

Map the journey before drawing the interface

Write a short sequence for each role: find information, make a choice, confirm the action and understand what happens next. Identify which steps share data and where permissions differ. This gives the project a useful structure and helps distinguish the launch requirements from optional additions.

Prototype the difficult decisions

A demo should let someone test the actual journey, including empty states, unavailable times and confirmation messages. Use clearly labelled fictional data while reviewing the product. The ClinicOS browser demo keeps sample appointments and invoices in each visitor’s browser; it is a demonstration of interaction and workflow, separate from a production booking service.

Design Arabic and English together

Review text direction, long names, date formats, button labels and touch targets in both languages. On a phone, navigation and forms need to remain easy to reach. A responsive browser demo is useful for review, while native device builds and store publication require their own delivery and testing plan.

Define the production scope and ownership

Agree which accounts, databases, notifications and integrations are needed. Confirm what is included in implementation, who owns the source and how support and updates will work. Send these decisions through the AS Design project builder so the quote describes the application you intend to launch.

Your takeaway checklist

  • Users, roles and repeat tasks
  • Prototype and fictional test data
  • Arabic, English and mobile navigation
  • Backend, permissions and integrations
  • Device testing, handover and launch scope
