Find the step people struggle with
We review the task rather than judging a screen only by appearance. A booking flow may hide availability; a product catalog may bury useful filters; a form may ask for too much too early. The first output is a clearer sequence of decisions, including what someone should see if there is no result or an action fails.
Review the structure before the finish
Wireframes keep the conversation focused on layout and priorities. Once the journey is agreed, we develop typography, spacing, components and interaction states. Design concepts in our portfolio illustrate directions; they are labelled as concepts rather than presented as completed client launches.
Carry the design into a usable product
A button needs loading, error and disabled states. A menu needs a mobile layout and a keyboard path. We document those details and review contrast and touch targets. The implementation scope can be added to the design engagement so the approved experience is tested in the working website.
